Accessibility
Last updated September 28, 2026.
Patients reach practices through the forms, chat and messages Captrix runs, so those need to work for everyone. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA on this website and on every patient-facing page Captrix serves.
What we work toward
- Patient forms that work with a keyboard and a screen reader, with a label on every field.
- Text and buttons are sized and colored for contrast.
- Motion on this site respects the reduced-motion setting on your device.
- Patients can reach the practice by phone, text, email, chat or form, so no one depends on a single channel.
Report a barrier
If something on this site or a Captrix patient page is hard to use, email jack@captrix.ai with the page and what happened. We reply within two business days and fix what we can.
